Ma Qian has played a pivotal role in the growth of Costello Medical in the Asia-Pacific region since joining as a founding member of its Singapore office in 2014. With expertise spanning medical communications, evidence generation, market access, and health economics, she has driven the company’s expansion into China, including the establishment of the Shanghai office.

As Head of China, she oversees business development, recruitment for bilingual roles, and operations in Shanghai, while also managing strategic planning, resourcing, training, and team leadership across the Asia-Pacific region. Her regional experience and multilingual capabilities have been instrumental in building Costello Medical’s presence in key markets.

Ma Qian holds Double Honours Degrees in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering and Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, complemented by a Master’s in Health Economics from the University of York (UK).
